Everything you need to know for a perfect stay at Cinnamon Beach Vacations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 4 pm.

If you are staying in Cinnamon Beach, you may access the community and amenities earlier than 4pm on your day of check-in.

Check-out is 10 am.

DOES THE HOME HAVE WIFI?

All the properties have wifi available.

The wifi information is in the property, on the 1st page of the welcome book.

WHAT BEACH ITEMS ARE AT THE PROPERTY?

All the homes have beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon to easily carry those items to the beach. Please check the specific listings for details on beach items in the condos.

WHAT ITEMS DOES THE HOME HAVE/ WHAT ITEMS SHOULD I BRING?

Linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchenware, blender, coffee maker, and hairdryer are provided. A starter supply of detergent, soaps, and paper products are at the home when you arrive.

We recommend bringing toiletries including shampoo/conditioner, additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags.

CAN I GRILL AT THE PROPERTY?

The homes have grills to enjoy. The condos do not allow grills on the balcony. You are able to rent a grill and grill on the beach.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS TO THE POOL?

If the Cinnamon Beach Bar & Grill is open, food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the pool areas. If the Cinnamon Beach Grill is not open, you can bring food and drinks into the pool area. No glass in the pool area. You are allowed to bring food and drinks on the beach.

DOES THE BEACH HAVE ROCKS?

The beach has naturally occurring coquina. Sometimes they are present on the beach depending on the tides and weather. If you want to be able to boogies board, Flagler Beach just 5-10 min drive south on A1A is a good spot for that.

ARE THE POOLS HEATED?

If it is a home, check the specific home’s listing.

The Cinnamon Beach Community pools are heated once the water temperature drops below 80 degrees.

DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE HAMMOCK BEACH CLUB/THE GOLF COURSE IN THE PHOTOS?

Cinnamon Beach Vacations is NOT affiliated with Hammock Beach Club. As a guest at Cinnamon Beach (for properties located in Cinnamon Beach only) you have access to the Cinnamon Beach Community Amenities. See our Things To Do tab for Public Golf Courses in our area.

WHAT ARE INCLUDED IN THE CINNAMON BEACH AMENITIES?

Cinnamon Beach provides access to the oceanfront pool, lakeside pool, kiddie pool, kid’s splash pad, game room, clubhouse lounge, fitness room (small gym), business center, seasonal (not open all year long) bar & grill and beach access.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Reservations may be canceled by Guest with notice to Agent more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. Less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is canceled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case by case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon as liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims. In the event a catastrophe or a state of emergency is declared we will refund 100% or change the reservation dates with zero penalty.
